Because here at Essex Singles there are so many ways to meet
other single, divorced and widowed people, that while we can't
guarantee the "Love of your Life", we can
promise you'll meet others who are also on their own, and who,
like you, are ready to expand their social lives.
To get started you need to decide whether you want to jump straight in and meet people face to face at our rendezvous nights or dances, or communicate first with a few others via our on-line "Web Community".
Face to Face
We have some very busy events, but it's best to come along to
one of the rendezvous nights first.
Saturday night is an ideal evening to
"Break the Ice" ... a lively,
happy night, and perfect for doing just that. If you can't
make Saturday, then a Wednesday is equally fine for new
people, but obviously a little quieter.
Or you can of course come to one of our dances, but beware
... there can be over 300 people on a Tuesday night, or 200 on
a Thursday ... quite a daunting experience if you don't know
anybody, and I don't get much chance - it being so busy - to
introduce you around.
If you're with a friend it's a little easier, but be aware
you'll be seeing the results of the group (everyone
seeming to know everyone), which you'll best achieve by being
part of the group.
Then your life really starts to buzz ... with
our parties, holidays and week-ends away, club nights etc.,
and lots and lots of lovely people;- the love of your life
could be just across the room. Who knows where you'll
be this time next month !
our Web
Community
Within this web site (but password protected), is the "Essex
Singles Web Community" where you post up a few lines about
yourself, include your email address, and can then either send
emails to others, or post a message to everyone on the
Community Message Board, which unlike the Public
Message Board, is only available to other members.
